What should I send?
Photos of the frontage, each room, the ceiling, the electrical board and any toilets, plus the approximate square metres and your intended activity.
Can I send drawings?
Yes. If your architect has drawings or a scope document, send them; it makes the first assessment more precise.

Do you reply in English?
Yes.
How many photos can I attach?
Up to 5 through the form, with a maximum of 8 MB each and 20 MB in total. Send more via WhatsApp if needed.
What happens to my photos?
They reach us by email to prepare the quote and are not stored on the web server. The privacy policy explains the details.
Do you visit before quoting?
Yes, the final itemised quote normally follows a visit to the unit.
Is there a charge for the visit?
No, the assessment and quote are without obligation.
Can you look at a unit before I rent it?
Yes, with the landlord’s permission. It helps you understand the scope before you commit.
