Do rules differ between towns?
Yes. Each town hall has its own procedures and forms, so local requirements must be checked case by case.
Do you know the licence requirements in each town?
We know the general framework, but your technician confirms the exact requirements for your activity.
Is access different in a historic centre?
Often. Narrow streets, loading restrictions and older buildings affect deliveries and debris removal.
Do you work in shopping centres?
We can, under the centre’s own rules for contractors, which we follow once you share them.
Can you visit the unit before I sign the lease?
Yes, if the landlord allows it. It is often the best moment to look.
Do you work in Estepona or Fuengirola?
Yes. Ask through the form and tell us where the unit is.
